dirtbike software package provides turn system-installed Python packages into wheels, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dirtbike
dirtbike is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dirtbike package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dirtbike *
You will get with dirtbike package name, version, architecture and description in a table
